There's no one who knows YOU better than YOU and I make sure that you are heard, valued, and well informed on any decisions you make regarding your care!
In our first session, my biggest priority is getting to know you so I can understand the whole picture and learn about what goals are important to you! We will talk about everything and everything to make sure we can make the best decisions moving forward.
Having worked with the entire lifespan, I've developed the method of "no one size fits all" approach to care. Let's think outside the box and consider all the factors that might plan a role in your mental health!
