Hi! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience, having graduated from Temple University. I recognize the challenges life presents, especially when dealing with trauma, grief, family issues, workplace stress, relationship struggles, or major life changes. In therapy, you’ll find a supportive space where you can explore your emotions and work through barriers that hold you back from reaching your potential.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Having worked with individuals who suffer from trauma, grief, anxiety, and depression for the past 10 years, I've been able to help clients identify the root of their challenges, boost their problem-solving abilities, and regain a sense of confidence in themselves that helps them grow into the best version of themselves.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

As a trauma-informed therapist, I am committed to helping clients recover from PTSD, anxiety, depression, and grief, whether caused by the loss of a loved one, social pressures, social anxiety, domestic violence, narcissistic abuse, sexual abuse/assault, family difficulties, or job/school-related stress.

My treatment methods

Attachment-based

Attachment-based therapy focuses on healing relational patterns rooted in early childhood experiences. It explores how disruptions in attachment affect emotional and interpersonal functioning. I foster a safe, empathetic environment to help clients process past attachment wounds, enhancing emotional regulation, self-awareness, and secure connections. This approach is useful for addressing trauma, anxiety, and relationship issues by promoting healthier, more secure attachments.
