Allison is a psychiatric mental Health Nurse Practitioner who has had the privilege of working with individuals throughout all stages of their life. The majority of her time as a nurse was spent caring for infants and families in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. It was during this time she recognized a significant gap in available care available to families. Caring for parents who are transitioning to having families or going through the stress of parenting at all stages has become her passion.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I will listen to you, meet you where you are and we will work together to develop goals including lifestyle modifications and potentially medications to incorporate into daily life to get you on the way to feeling better.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I love working with adults who are in all stages of their parenting journey. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious about this new stage of life.
