I have been working with people with anxiety, depression, and trauma, people who has relationship problem.
I love working with clients who are looking make changes in their life. My clients are ready to be empowered and equiped with tools to make that next steps.
I have extensive training and clinical experience using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to support clients with a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. CBT is an evidence-based, structured, and goal-oriented approach that focuses on identifying and challenging unhelpful thought patterns and beliefs that contribute to emotional distress and maladaptive behaviors. In my practice, I use CBT to help clients increase awareness of the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Through collaborative exploration, clients learn to recognize cognitive distortions (e.g., catastrophizing, black-and-white thinking, personalization) and develop more balanced, realistic ways of thinking. I also integrate behavioral interventions such as activity scheduling, exposure work, and skills-building (e.g., relaxation, problem-solving, assertiveness) to promote positive behavior change. Sessions often include assigning relevant homework or journaling to reinforce learning between sessions. I tailor CBT interventions to each client’s needs, level of insight, and readiness for change, ensuring that the process remains collaborative and client-centered.
I have training and practical experience using Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) with individuals experiencing emotional dysregulation, chronic anxiety, depression, trauma responses, and difficulties with interpersonal relationships. DBT is a structured, evidence-based modality that blends cognitive-behavioral techniques with mindfulness and acceptance strategies to help clients manage intense emotions and build more effective coping skills. In my practice, I use DBT both in individual therapy and, when appropriate, in skills-based formats. I incorporate the core DBT modules—Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness—to help clients increase emotional awareness, tolerate discomfort, reduce impulsive behaviors, and improve communication in relationships. I regularly utilize DBT tools such as emotion tracking, opposite action, radical acceptance, and crisis survival strategies. I encourage clients to practice these skills between sessions through homework, worksheets, and real-life application. My approach is validating and nonjudgmental, while also supporting clients in creating meaningful behavior change. I adapt DBT principles based on individual client needs, integrating them into broader treatment plans while maintaining the balance between acceptance and change that DBT emphasizes.
I incorporate somatic techniques into my clinical work to help clients reconnect with their bodies and process emotions that may be stored physically due to trauma, stress, or chronic anxiety. Somatic therapy recognizes that the body holds onto experiences, and healing can occur not just through cognitive insight but also through body-based awareness and regulation. In my practice, I guide clients to develop somatic awareness by noticing physical sensations, breath patterns, and muscle tension as they relate to emotional states. I often integrate grounding exercises, breathwork, body scanning, movement, and mindfulness to help clients regulate their nervous systems and feel more present in their bodies. These techniques are particularly helpful for clients who experience dissociation, panic, or physical symptoms related to trauma and emotional distress. I approach somatic work gently and collaboratively, always ensuring that clients feel safe and in control. Somatic practices are integrated alongside other modalities such as CBT and DBT to support holistic healing and long-term resilience.
