I create a space where you feel safe, seen, understood, and free to show up exactly as you are. I will walk alongside you as you discover your own wisdom and resilience. My approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, and humanistic. I draw from interpersonal, DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, IFS (Internal Family Systems) and ACT (Acceptance & Commitment Therapy).

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session will give us the opportunity to get to know one another, explore what may have brought you to therapy at this time and what you are hoping to accomplish during our time together.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I’ll listen deeply to help you notice patterns and take meaningful steps toward the life you want.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I'm skilled at working with individuals struggling with decisions during life transitions; helping guide them through the anxiety and stress this may present as they contemplate options to find the best solutions for themselves and their loved ones. As a client-centered therapist I customize treatment to each individuals needs. You are always the expert on your feelings and goals. I tend to look beneath the problem behaviors and bring clarity and insight while providing you with concrete tools to let go of self-limiting beliefs and to embrace successful new habits.

My treatment methods

Imago Relationship Theory

Given the tools to better hear each other, loved ones can begin to understand one another and themselves.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

Oftentimes, when parts of ourselves we may not like or try to hide are given expression, they can support us as a whole person.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

Living in awareness and acceptance of your current situation does not have to involve suffering. I will show you the steps along the path that lead to peace and clarity.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

The limits we often place on ourselves are actually temporary and flexible. I will teach you how your thoughts, feelings and behaviors can complement rather than compete with each other.
