(she/her)
As a therapist, I deeply value the time I spend with my clients and consider it an honor to walk alongside them in some of life’s most vulnerable moments. I believe healing happens in relationships built on trust, compassion, and authenticity, and I strive to create a safe, meaningful space where clients feel seen, supported, and understood. My work is rooted in helping individuals create a life worth living—one grounded in healing, connection, and self-understanding. I have a special passion for supporting women through life’s challenges, including the wounds we carry from childhood that continue to shape our relationships, self-worth, and emotional well-being. I practice through a trauma-informed lens and integrate somatic-based interventions, attachment theory, and parts work (IFS) to help clients better understand themselves, reconnect with their bodies, and move toward healing. I also incorporate mindfulness, holistic perspectives, mind-body awareness, and polyvagal-informed approaches to support nervous system regulation and emotional wellness. Beyond my role as a therapist, I am a mother, wife, sister, and daughter—roles that deeply shape the empathy and perspective I bring to my work. I find peace and restoration in the mountains, quiet moments, and the beauty of nature. These experiences continue to ground my belief in the importance of slowing down, reconnecting, and honoring the whole person in the healing process. I feel privileged to support clients as they navigate growth, healing, and the journey back to themselves.
Our work together will begin in a thoughtful and paced manner, honoring your readiness and comfort. The first sessions are an opportunity for us to begin getting to know one another and for me to learn more about you, your experiences, and the story of your life. I believe therapy unfolds best within a safe and trusting relationship, so there is no expectation to share everything all at once. We will move at a pace that feels manageable and supportive to you. Over the course of several sessions, I will continue my assessment process with curiosity and care, seeking to understand not only your current concerns, but also the experiences that have shaped you. Together, we will explore the ways your mind and body may have adapted to life experiences, relationships, stress, and moments of hardship. Through a trauma-informed and compassionate lens, we will begin to notice patterns, strengths, coping strategies, and the ways you have learned to navigate the world. We will also consider your relationships, attachment experiences, and the broader context of your life story. As we build understanding together, we will collaboratively determine where it feels most important to begin our work and remain open to where the path of therapy may naturally unfold. My hope is to create a space that feels grounded, respectful, and supportive—a place where healing, insight, and meaningful change can emerge over time.
I bring compassion, empathy, and genuine presence to my work as a therapist. I believe meaningful healing happens within a relationship built on trust, safety, and authenticity, and I strive to create a space where clients feel deeply seen, respected, and understood. With more than 20 years of experience working with adults, children, and adolescents, I bring both clinical skill and lived professional wisdom to the therapeutic process. Much of my career has been dedicated to intentionally training, refining, and deepening my therapeutic skill set in service of providing the highest quality care to those I work with. I am committed to lifelong learning and growth as a clinician. I regularly engage in consultation, advanced training, and ongoing education to continue expanding my knowledge and strengthening my practice. My approach is somatically informed and rooted in a deep belief in the body’s innate capacity to heal. I understand that many adaptations develop in response to life experiences, and healing often occurs when our internal story and our physiological state begin to align. Therapy is not only about insight—it is about helping the mind and body reconnect in ways that foster regulation, resilience, and lasting change. I approach this work with wholeheartedness, humility, and profound respect for each person’s unique journey toward healing.
I look forward to spending time with clients who feel ready to engage in therapy. Those who are open to sharing ideas and experiences. I I welcome individuals who are new to therapy, as well as those who may have engaged in it previously. Those who may not have had a great experience previously in therapy, but who are open to exploring what it could be with me. I believe in creating a shared space with my clients and one that we can connect and appreciate the time spent with one another. I am grateful for the opportunity to be invited into my client's lives.
