My work is grounded in both clinical expertise and a deep understanding of how high-achieving individuals think, perform, and navigate the world. I take a thoughtful, collaborative approach - balancing insight with practical strategies that you can apply in your daily life. I’m especially attuned to the internal pressure, expectations, and responsibility that often come with being the one others rely on. In our work together, I aim to create a space that feels steady, focused, and easy to engage in - where you can be honest, reflect openly, and begin to shift patterns that are no longer serving you.

I am constantly reinventing and rebranding myself in order to grow into the best version of myself.

First session

Our first session is a space for us to get a clear understanding of what’s bringing you in and what you’d like to shift. We’ll talk through your current challenges, any patterns you’ve been noticing, and what’s been feeling most overwhelming or difficult to manage. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to help us identify what’s most important to focus on, and we’ll begin outlining what meaningful progress could look like for you. This session is both exploratory and grounding - it’s about gaining clarity, not having everything figured out. You can expect a conversation that feels supportive, focused, and easy to engage in, while also giving you a sense of direction for the work ahead.

Strengths

One of my greatest strengths is helping clients move beyond surface-level conversations into deeper clarity and meaningful change. I’m able to identify patterns, connect the dots quickly, and guide you toward practical shifts that make a real difference in how you think, feel, and show up. Clients often share that they feel both supported and challenged in our work together - that balance allows for growth that is not only insightful, but sustainable. I also bring a calm, grounded presence to each session, which helps create a space where you can slow down, reset, and move forward with intention.

Ideal clients

I’m best positioned to work with high-functioning adults who are navigating anxiety, life transitions, and challenges related to self-esteem. Many of my clients are professionals, entrepreneurs, or individuals who are used to managing a lot, but are beginning to feel overwhelmed, stuck, or out of alignment. My ideal client is motivated for change, open to self-reflection, and looking for more than just a space to vent—they’re ready to better understand their patterns, develop practical tools, and move forward with greater clarity and intention. Work with me is especially well-suited for individuals who are balancing multiple responsibilities, experiencing internal pressure to “hold it all together,” or working through transitions that require both emotional insight and strategic decision-making. Some come to me during periods of growth. Others come during transition or uncertainty. Many simply want a consistent space to step back from day-to-day demands and think more intentionally about where they are going. If you are building something important and want a supportive, strategic partner along the way, we are a good fit.

Treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as a structured, practical framework to help clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. My work focuses on identifying patterns that may contribute to stress, anxiety, or a sense of being stuck, and then developing more effective ways of responding. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I tailor CBT to each client’s needs - integrating reflection, emotional insight, and actionable strategies that can be applied in real life. Many of the individuals I work with are high-functioning and used to managing a great deal on their own, so our work often centers on building clarity, improving self-awareness, and creating more sustainable ways of navigating both personal and professional demands. My goal is to ensure that clients not only gain insight, but also leave sessions with tools they can use to make meaningful, lasting changes.
