Alexandra uses holistic approach to psychotherapy and formally trained as relational and psychodynamic therapist. This framework aims to help people gain insight into the unconscious processes that drive behavior and contribute to ongoing issues or patterns. Through this integrated approach we do not only address what is present in the moment, but what is stored in your body by way of trauma or past hurts that might be affecting your day-to-day life. In each session we will explore past patterns of relating and use mindfulness-centered and somatic approaches for getting unstuck.
During first sessions i collaborate with client to work on creating rapport, safety, work on detailed intake and setting up initial goals for the treatment.
I am committed to creating a program and space where you get to be you in your most pure form. I do not make you fit into my system, i fit the system around you. I believe that each of individuals has inner resources and embrace exploration and unfolding them.
