I’m Christa, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor–Supervisor dedicated to creating a safe, affirming, and collaborative space for healing. I enjoy working with clients navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, and concerns related to sexuality or other deeply personal topics. My style is open, nonjudgmental, and solution‑focused, helping you identify strengths, build insight, and move toward meaningful change. I believe therapy should feel supportive, empowering, and grounded in practical strategies that fit your life.
Our first session will focus on building rapport and the foundation of the therapeutic relationship. I like to get to know my clients so that we can work from a whole person-centered perspective.
