I view therapy as a mutual relationship between the Therapist and Client. I also strongly believe in the connection between physical and mental health, so my treatment will incorporate improving both of these areas of your life. I became a therapist because I wanted to help clients heal from past experiences, as well as learn healthier ways to manage life stressors and reduce symptoms that interfere with their daily life. At the first session, you can expect a nonjudgemental, empathetic, and relaxed conversation to build up a therapeutic rapport. At the moment, I practice entirely over tele-health, giving us the flexibility to connect conveniently and safely all throughout Florida.
