I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the State of Florida and South Carolina. I work with individuals facing struggles in their relationships, finding themselves caught in maladaptive interactional patterns of communication and behavior. I work with many Neurodiverse ADHD or ASD individuals looking to better understand their specific circumstances and needing to work on and fine tune their executive functioning.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

The first session is for information gathering to help me understand you a little bit. I will ask what type of struggles you are facing and to explain more of that, find out about your family and support system, talk about things you are involved in, and see what things you would like to see change as a result of our sessions together.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Having worked with many individuals and couples involving a diagnosis such as ASD or ADHD, I feel I have quite a bit of experience in being able to help people find new ways of seeing things for better quality of life, helping with anxiety/depression, executive functioning, having greater perspectives, social skills improvement, meditation, relationship dynamics and personal growth.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work with clients finding struggles in their relationship conversational styles and instead finding themselves stuck in repetitive maladaptive patterns. Individuals that struggle with ADHD or ASD often need a different type of understanding of what is needed to help them in their specific contexts, Neurodiverse relationships, or within their own individual growth.

My treatment methods

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

I work through a Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) lens in helping clients see perspectives different from their own, create and offer compromises, finding exceptions to problems faced and finding a sense of hope things can be better.
