I believe therapy is more than just a process. It's a transformative journey of healing, evolving, personal growth and self-discovery. Whether you're lost in life’s transitions, desiring healthier relationships, seeking to reclaim your identity beyond motherhood, a college student trying to find your way, or simply striving to become the best version of yourself, I'm here to meet you exactly where you are. No matter the obstacle you face, I will walk alongside your journey with compassion, grace, accountability and unwavering support.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions. I am passionate about the work that I do and use principals from my own life experiences coupled with my education and trainings to guide you through this journey towards healing and lasting change.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strength is being able to identify the root cause of your challenges and create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress; all while walking along side your journey with grace, compassion and accountability.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

With a background in working with teen girls and women experiencing anxiety, trauma, depression, life transitions, low self-esteem and relationship challenges. I am dedicated to helping you break free from unhealthy patterns and restore your inner peace. Together, we will work to reduce stress and worry, empowering you to create the life you desire.
