In our first session together, here's what you can expect
Clients should expect warmth, compassion, and support. I am talkative, but quiet when I need to be. I am disarming, emotionally safe and love to help people heal. I look forward to meeting you!
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
People often tell me that appreciate my realness, or my authenticity. I like to practice therapy the way I would want a therapist to take care of me. I use humor, kindness and a gentle ear to listen.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I am passionate about supporting individuals with untreated trauma, autism, and other complex, intractable disorders. My ideal clients are those who exhibit resilience, openness, and a readiness to engage in meaningful therapeutic work. I am particularly drawn to working with intellectually curious individuals, couples, and families aged 18 and above who are seeking transformative change. While I specialize in these areas, I consciously choose to refrain from treating Substance Use Disorders. Together, we can navigate the intricacies of their experiences, fostering healing and growth in a collaborative environment.
