Hello, Welcome, and Congratulations on taking the step to become your best self! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C and LICSW) with 10 years of experience working with teens, adults, and older adults in need of support in order to go from surviving to thriving! Using mindfulness-based and/or motivational interviewing techniques, I look forward to connecting and supporting you on your therapeutic journey!

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Clients can expect a welcoming and supportive virtual therapeutic space where you will be received with kindness, attention, and open-mindedness. In our first session together, we will start with introductions, then dive into specific challenges you are facing. By hearing from you, I will be able to create a plan that will guide our work together in our futures sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

As a woman of color and LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist, I bring a safe, validating, and an open mind to each session. Together, we will identify specific coping skills and tools to utilize on your path of self-discovery in order for you to thrive and live your best life! I look forward to working together!

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I enjoy working with adults experiencing life stressors, acute and/or chronic medical conditions, identity related challenges, anxiety, depression, feeling stuck, and/or experiencing grief and loss.

Motivational Interviewing

Motivational Interviewing is a technique that is all about the ups and downs of change. I have experience assisting Clients pinpoint where they are on the change spectrum and support Clients in figuring out an effective path forward.
