I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with seven years of experience, primarily focusing on individuals with trauma histories and those navigating transitions. I work collaboratively with patients to develop personalized treatment modalities that address their unique concerns and needs. My training includes various approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Motivational Interviewing (MI), psychodynamic therapy, and brief solution-focused therapy. My ultimate goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where my patients can connect and begin their healing journey.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we will focus on getting to know each other while exploring your concerns and goals. Together, we will begin to collaborate on a plan to help you achieve those goals.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I believe my greatest strengths as a mental health provider are my ability to connect with people and create a safe space for them to land. Throughout my career, I have received feedback highlighting my authentic approach to therapy. This authenticity, combined with my extensive training in trauma-informed care, enables me to help individuals explore themselves and begin their healing journey.
