I offer online sessions and often incorporate educational games, expressive activities, and sand tray therapy, particularly for kids and teens. Whether you're an adult looking to talk it out and better understand your patterns, or have a child who needs a therapist they can actually engage with, I'm here to help.
I often hear in my first session with clients that "This is a lot better than it was with my last therapist!" I think that's because I see my clients as full people, just like me. I just happen to have more training in areas of mental health and relationships, and I can share that guidance so you can work towards your goals and the life you really want to live.
I offer both a casual atmosphere and a goal-focused one. I don't judge. In fact, my job is to do just the opposite--accept you as you are while we figure out what you need to feel better about yourself and your life.

I can also help you understand your own relationships and patterns. I also offer couples therapy, particularly for young couples learning how to better understand and communicate in healthier ways.
