Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

My mission is to help you improve your quality in life and in essence encouraging living rather than existing. Stressors are normal, but gratitude is key for positive thinking and actions. If you're struggling with anxiety, depression, body image, low self-esteem, substance abuse, and/or severe mental health I can assist you on your journey to holistic health. Caveat: Individuals seeking therapy who are currently in court cases (i.e., dependency court, drug court, worker compensation, etc.), the most I can provide is a status/progress report with your treatment goals, attendance ,and progress in treatment thus far. Recommendations will not be made in these reports as I am considered a factual and not expert witness.

The treatment methods and tools I utilize

I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing techniques, Solution Focused Therapy, and Trauma informed techniques.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My strength lies in building rapport and trust with my clients. That is key for transparency and effectiveness of treatment.
