Hello, my name is Katrina Canady (Katrina), NCC, LPC, CPCS,LCMHC-S. I have a Master’s of Science degree in Counseling Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy from Chaminade University. My experience includes working with individuals, groups, families, youth, couples, chemically dependent individuals and their families, Depression, ADHD, Conduct Disorders, PTSD, Trauma, Women Issues, Career Transition, Bipolar, Stress and anxiety management. My therapeutic approach is eclectic, blending Cognitive Therapy, Behavioral Therapy, CPT, EMDR, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy.

Psychoeducation is simply teaching. As the therapist it is my job to teach skills to clients and require them to be accountable for what they have learned by way of changes in behaviors and or actions.
