New to Grow
I bring 10+ years of leading high-impact initiatives, managing six-figure program budgets, and partnering with multimillion-dollar agencies to drive measurable growth, efficiency, and community impact. Known for blending strategic vision with creative problem-solving, I’ve delivered $100K+ in revenue gains, streamlined operations, and built inclusive programs that expand access and improve outcomes. Outside of work, I’m an author, equine therapist, and passionate traveler who thrives on connecting people, ideas, and opportunities to create lasting change.
My ideal client is someone seeking balance while coping with grief, loss, or trauma. In our first session, I meet you where you are—mentally, emotionally, and spiritually—to identify your needs and set goals that guide you toward the life you desire.
My greatest strengths are deep listening, empathy, goal setting, and a whole-health perspective. I also provide support for grief and offer companionship to ease loneliness, helping clients move toward healing, resilience, and renewal.
My ideal client is someone who is navigating life’s challenges and seeking a greater sense of balance and stability. They may be coping with grief, loss, or trauma, or working through the effects of post-traumatic experiences that have disrupted their well-being. They are ready to explore healing in a safe, supportive space—gaining tools to process emotions, manage stress, and rebuild resilience. Together, we focus on moving beyond survival and into a place of growth, connection, and renewed hope.
My therapeutic approach integrates Humanistic principles with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to support both insight and practical change. The humanistic foundation emphasizes empathy, authenticity, and the client’s innate capacity for growth, while CBT provides structured strategies for addressing cognitive distortions and behavioral patterns. Together, these modalities create a collaborative and effective framework for fostering self-awareness, resilience, and lasting change.
I use Brainspotting as a powerful, neuroscience-informed approach to help clients access and process unresolved trauma, stress, and emotional pain. By identifying points in the visual field connected to deep emotional experiences, Brainspotting allows healing to occur at a profound, body-based level—often reaching issues that traditional talk therapy cannot. This method supports clients in releasing stuck trauma and building resilience.
I provide an integrative counseling approach that draws from Humanistic therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and evidence-based mind–body methods. My style is warm, collaborative, and client-centered, supporting both insight and practical change. I incorporate Brainspotting to access and process deep emotional experiences, and use In Vivo Exposure to help clients safely confront fears and reduce avoidance in real-life situations. I also integrate biofeedback techniques, giving clients tools to regulate stress and connect with their body’s natural capacity for balance. This combination of approaches allows me to tailor therapy to each individual’s needs—promoting resilience, healing, and meaningful growth.
