I’m a mental health therapist committed to helping individuals find clarity, balance, and resilience in their lives. Many of the people I work with are navigating stress, relationship challenges, or major life transitions, and they want a safe space to feel supported and understood. My approach is compassionate and practical, blending evidence-based strategies with culturally responsive care to help you discover your strengths and create meaningful, lasting change.
In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other. I’ll ask about what’s been going on for you, what you’d like to work on, and what feels most important right now. You’ll also learn about how I work, and together we’ll start shaping a plan that feels comfortable and doable for you.

Many of my clients are navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, or the stress of balancing multiple roles and responsibilities. I also support those who want to build healthier coping skills, strengthen communication, and create routines that bring more balance and peace. My goal is to meet you where you are—with compassion and practical tools—so you can move forward with clarity, confidence, and resilience.
