New to Grow
I offer an affirming space to explore neurodivergence, anxiety, depression, queer identity, and alternative lifestyles. We collaborate to navigate challenges and embrace growth. Together, we'll uncover attachment patterns, build insight, and foster resilience to create meaningful and lasting change. Specific letters are written for clients who have established care for at least six months. I do not provide FMLA at this time.
I use an eclectic, client-centered approach tailored to individual needs. I draw from various modalities depending on what works best for each client. We typically begin with weekly sessions and complete a comprehensive mental health assessment to establish a baseline. As clients build coping skills and feel more stable, sessions are tapered to support continued growth and independence. This process varies for everyone and can take some time.
A strong, comfortable client-therapist connection is key to meaningful growth. I’m passionate about empowering clients through collaboration and support. Together, we’ll build a healthier future rooted in positive change. If this resonates with you, I invite you to reach out. I'm highly responsive to inquiries, usually responding within twenty-four hours when messages are sent through Psychology Today.
I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space for individuals to explore attachment dynamics, process trauma, and build practical tools for lasting change. Together we clarify goals, strengthen emotional awareness, and break repetitive cycles that no longer serve you. My approach is collaborative, humanistic, and client-centered. I also support clients seeking guidance and referrals for assessments when exploring possible neurodivergence, helping to gain clarity and move forward with confidence. I have supported and worked with the ASD community since 2018 and specialize in working with LGBTQIA+, sex workers, alternative lifestyles, and transgender clients. I bring a sex-positive, inclusive, and multicultural approach to therapy, serving young adults, adults, and older adults with openness and respect.
