(she/her)
Feeling overwhelmed, lost, or confused? Do you need support and direction? I provide space for people of color to overcome the burden of depression, anxiety, trauma, and burnout. I use humor and casual conversation to get to the root of your challenges. I have a direct, yet nonjudgemental approach to support you in getting to the heart of the matter. Whether you're dealing with education and career setbacks, relationship struggles, or spiritual questions I'm here to help. Together, we can identify what's not working and get you back to balance. Using a holistic approach, we can address the needs of your mind, body and spirit. You deserve a safe space to heal and grow. In our sessions together, I'll meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques so you can develop a healthier relationship with yourself and your environment.
First sessions are about learning your story and the benefits and limitations of therapy.
My effectiveness lies in my intuitive skills and awareness of how our sociopolitical landscapes affect our lives. This includes the influences of social media, popular culture, and the current financial and political climate in conjunction with your individual experience.
My ideal client is someone who recognizes that things need to shift and has begun to make the shift happen. I work best with adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship patterns, identity questions, and the weight of carrying too much for too long. Many of my clients appear to have few needs on the outside while struggling internally. They are burnt out, grieving, or stuck. They show up for everyone else and aren't sure how to show up for themselves. If you're looking for someone who will only validate, I'm probably not a good fit. I'll meet you with humor, warmth, and without judgment. I'll also ask the questions that help you see your patterns more clearly. Therapy with me is collaborative and client-led. Bring your goals and I will bring clinical training and a willingness to challenge you when it serves your growth. I'm especially well-suited for clients who value structure, intentionality, and meaningful change. Whether you're new to therapy or returning after time away, the goal is the same: helping you move from surviving your life to actually living it. If that resonates, I'd love to connect.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I weave this into sessions as an introductory way to support a shift in perspective and increase awareness of cognitive and emotional patterns that work against us.
Brainspotting
This is a favorite as many people struggle with sitting with emotions, memories and experiences. I find brainspotting to be incredibly effective in getting unstuck and opening new neuro pathways that will allow for fuller, balanced, and fulfilling mental and emotional experiences. Clients can learn to listen and hear their bodies and minds as well as build tolerance for uncomfortable feelings.
EMDR
This is used to process memories and experiences that are particularly deeply ingrained and painful. There is a shorter version that can be used for more minor issues as well. It is structured and requires consistent sessions.
Person-centered (Rogerian)
Person centered is really about meeting clients where they are and validating their experiences. It allows for flexibility and flow during the therapeutic process and centers them as the expert of their lives.
Psychodynamic
I guide clients in examining how early caregiving experiences and relational templates continue to shape their current relationships, self-concept, and emotional responses. This often includes linking present interpersonal conflicts or internal distress to earlier developmental wounds. It is especially effective for clients with persistent relational wounds or those seeking depth-oriented work beyond symptom management.

I couldn't ask for a better Therapist. She meets me where I am, amazing on all accounts.
