Hi there, it’s so nice to meet you! I’m Margreth, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). I received my master’s degree from La Salle University in Pennsylvania, and I’ve been a PMHNP for over two years, with more than nine years of experience in healthcare. I help people who are struggling with depression, anxiety, and ADHD—because I’ve been there too. I know what it feels like, and I want you to know you’re not alone. My goal is to listen, understand, and support you in a way that makes you feel safe and heard. Together, we’ll work on finding the right tools to help you feel better and more in control of your life. I’m here to walk with you on your healing journey.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In your first session with me, you can expect a warm, welcoming, and judgment-free space where we focus on you—your story, your struggles, and what you hope to achieve. I’ll take the time to get to know you, ask about your mental health history and current challenges, and make sure you feel comfortable sharing at your own pace. We’ll talk about your goals, whether it’s managing emotions, reducing anxiety, improving focus, or just feeling more like yourself again. I’ll walk you through possible treatment options, including medications, coping strategies, and lifestyle changes, and answer any questions you have. Most importantly, this session is about building trust, making sure you feel heard, and creating a plan that feels right for you—without pressure or rush.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strength as a provider is my ability to truly connect with my patients. I understand what it feels like to struggle, and that allows me to listen without judgment, offer genuine empathy, and create a safe, supportive space where my patients feel heard, valued and understood. Building trust and making my patients feel comfortable is at the heart of my approach, and I believe that when people feel truly seen and supported, they are more likely to make progress, and that is what makes my work so rewarding.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I am passionate about helping adults 18 and older who are navigating life’s challenges while managing depression, anxiety, or ADHD. Whether adjusting to college, advancing in a career, or facing major life transitions, these experiences can feel overwhelming—but you don’t have to go through them alone. What makes me uniquely positioned to help is that I personally understand these struggles. Having faced similar challenges myself, I bring not only clinical expertise but also genuine empathy and firsthand insight into what it takes to heal and move forward. I find deep fulfillment in supporting my clients as they regain balance, confidence, and control over their mental health. Seeing someone go from feeling stuck and uncertain to empowered and thriving is what makes my work so meaningful. Through medication management and practical wellness strategies, I provide personalized care to help clients overcome obstacles and build a healthier, more fulfilling life. I connect best with individuals who are seeking guidance, open to learning, and ready to take steps toward healing—whether that means managing emotions, improving focus, or building self-confidence. My approach is warm, compassionate, and tailored to each person, ensuring every client feels heard, valued, and fully supported on their journey to wellness.

Psychoeducation

Psychoeducation isn’t just about sharing information—it’s a powerful tool for building trust, working together, and empowering you to take charge of your mental health. It helps break down stigma and gives you the confidence to make informed decisions about your care. In my experience, when people truly understand their condition and treatment in simple, clear terms, they feel more in control, make better choices, and stay committed to their healing journey.
