My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I have been using cognitive behavioral therapy for over 15 years. I use it to assist clients with identifying thought patterns that may cause distress and developing ways to change them. I also use this treatment modality to help clients understand how thoughts impact feelings and actions, which allows them to develop coping skills to manage distressful situations.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

I have utilized this treatment modality for over 20 years to assist clients with developing solutions to managing stressful situations. This modality assists with situations that solve acute, brief, distressful situations.

Grief Therapy

I have utilized grief therapy techniques for over 15 years. I work with clients to deal with the loss of a loved one and manage the emotions that come with the process of managing emotions after a loss.
