I am a licensed professional therapist. I have a sincere passion for helping my clients to find contentment in life. My professional goal is to help my clients grow mentally and to develop into the best version of themselves. My personal goal is to assist people in achieving life's greatest joy. We will work together on cultivating life skills and promoting self-awareness.
First session
I specialize in the treatment of mental health challenges. I assist young adults with navigating relationship issues between partners and peers. I treat clients that are going through major life transitions such as the death of a loved one, divorce, separation, post partum, and other adjustment disorders.
Strengths
My strengths are in many of the areas that I have experienced personally which include major life transitions, grief, and post partum depression. I also have an extensive background working with professional athletes that deal with explosive anger and assisting with teaching emotional regulation.
