New to Grow
Feeling overwhelmed? You don’t have to handle it on your own, we can work through it together. This is a space where you can truly be yourself, no judgment, no pressure. You don’t have to hold everything in or have it all figured out. You can show up exactly as you are, open up at your own pace, and begin to release the stress you’ve been carrying. If you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, overthinking, or adjusting to life changes, I’m here to support you. I work with individuals who feel stuck, emotionally drained, or weighed down by daily stressors and are ready for something different. I also support individuals navigating alcohol and substance use concerns, as well as mothers who may be feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or trying to balance the many demands of motherhood.
Your first session is a relaxed, judgment-free space where you can show up as you are. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out. I’ll meet you where you are, listen with care, and support you in exploring what’s been weighing on you.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor, I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can truly be yourself. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, substance use, life stress, family challenges, and the demands of motherhood. My approach is person-centered and incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing, tailored to your unique needs. My goal is for you to feel heard and supported while also leaving sessions feeling empowered, encouraged, and motivated, with practical tools to help you manage challenges and create meaningful change in your everyday life.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients understand how their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected. Together, we explore patterns that may be impacting their daily life, relationships, and decision-making. I support clients in identifying unhelpful thinking patterns and developing healthier perspectives and coping techniques.
Motivational Interviewing
I use Motivational Interviewing to help clients increase awareness of where they are in their healing journey and to support them in making meaningful change at their own pace. I believe in meeting clients where they are, honoring their readiness, and working collaboratively to strengthen their motivation and confidence as they move toward their goals.
Person-centered (Rogerian)
I use Person-Centered Therapy to provide an individualized approach to treatment, creating a safe, nonjudgmental, and affirming space for clients to process their experiences. I believe in meeting each person with empathy and authenticity, supporting them in gaining insight, building self-awareness, and growing at their own pace.
