Life can feel overwhelming, and you don’t have to navigate it alone. If you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, overthinking, or adjusting to life changes, I provide a supportive space where you can feel heard and understood. I work with individuals who feel stuck, emotionally drained, or weighed down by daily stressors and are ready for change. I also work with individuals who struggle with alcohol and substance use concerns.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Your first session is a welcoming, judgment-free space to share your experiences. I offer empathetic listening and support to help you feel heard, validated, and understood as we begin your journey toward growth.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

As a Mental Health Counselor and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor, I have years of experience supporting individuals from many different walks of life. I believe in meeting clients exactly where they are, whether they’re struggling with substance use, depression, anxiety, life stress, family challenges, or postpartum concerns. My therapeutic approach is person-centered, and I also incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and other supportive techniques tailored to each individual's needs.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I use an individualized approach to therapy, tailoring sessions to meet each person’s unique needs and goals. My aim is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your feelings, build self-awareness, and work toward personal growth and overall wellness.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients understand how their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected. Together, we explore patterns that may be impacting their daily life, relationships, and decision-making. I support clients in identifying unhelpful thinking patterns and developing healthier perspectives and coping techniques.

Motivational Interviewing

I use Motivational Interviewing to help clients increase awareness of where they are in their healing journey and to support them in making meaningful change at their own pace. I believe in meeting clients where they are, honoring their readiness, and working collaboratively to strengthen their motivation and confidence as they move toward their goals.

Person-centered (Rogerian)

I use Person-Centered Therapy to provide an individualized approach to treatment, creating a safe, nonjudgmental, and affirming space for clients to process their experiences. I believe in meeting each person with empathy and authenticity, supporting them in gaining insight, building self-awareness, and growing at their own pace.
