My name is Giannina, and I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and bilingual therapist (English/Spanish) with 10 years of experience. My approach is genuine, down-to-earth, and compassionate. In my work with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I help clients create space for their thoughts and emotions without getting caught in them. Together, we focus on reconnecting with personal values and taking meaningful action, even when life feels uncertain — like learning to walk with the waves instead of fighting against them.
