I’m a licensed therapist who works with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and high levels of stress—especially those who appear to have it all together on the outside while feeling overwhelmed internally. I support clients who are balancing demanding roles, such as caregiving or professional responsibilities, and who are ready to better understand themselves and create meaningful change. Through a warm, collaborative, and integrative approach, I help clients build emotional awareness, develop effective coping strategies, and break unhelpful patterns. The impact of our work together is a greater sense of clarity, resilience, and confidence—so clients can feel more grounded, in control, and aligned with the life they want to live.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, you can expect a relaxed, welcoming space where we begin getting to know each other. I’ll ask about what’s bringing you to therapy, your current concerns, and any relevant background so I can better understand your story and what you’re hoping to change or improve. There’s no pressure to share everything all at once—we’ll go at your pace. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask questions, talk about your goals, and get a feel for how I work. By the end of the session, we’ll start to outline a plan for moving forward so you leave with a sense of direction, clarity, and what to expect from our work together.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strengths as a therapist lie in my ability to create a space where clients feel both deeply supported and gently challenged. I bring a warm, nonjudgmental presence while also helping clients gain insight into patterns that may be keeping them stuck. I’m highly attuned to my clients’ emotional experiences and skilled at meeting them where they are, while thoughtfully guiding them toward growth. My integrative, eclectic approach allows me to tailor therapy to each individual, rather than forcing them into a single model. I also value clarity and collaboration, helping clients not only understand themselves more deeply but walk away with practical tools they can use in their everyday lives.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal clients are individuals who are ready for meaningful change, even if they’re not exactly sure where to start. They’re often high-functioning on the outside but internally struggling with anxiety, overwhelm, grief, or patterns that no longer serve them. Many are navigating major life stressors—whether that’s caregiving, professional pressure, or unresolved trauma—and are looking for a space to process, gain clarity, and feel more in control. They tend to be insightful, motivated, and open to self-exploration, and they value a collaborative, honest therapeutic relationship. Whether they’re working through past experiences or focused on building better coping strategies in the present, they’re committed to doing the work and creating lasting change.

My treatment methods

Eclectic

I use an integrative, eclectic approach, meaning I draw from multiple evidence-based therapies to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs, goals, and personality. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all method, I blend approaches such as CBT, IFS, and other modalities to support insight, emotional regulation, and meaningful behavioral change. This flexible style allows me to meet clients where they are and adjust our work together as their needs evolve over time.
