In the first session you can expect to complete a psycho social assessment, gain education about your diagnosis, treatment planning and therapeutic approach. This session will include information gathering about your history as it relates to mental health and your thoughts on why you want to begin therapy. You will also gain information about your therapist that helps you get to know me better
