She uses an individualized approach to help her clients feel better mentally.

As a Psychiatric nurse practitioner, I believe that every individual is unique, I work with clients assessing bio-psycho-social factors while evaluating adverse childhood events that may contribute to mental processes. I am passionate about understanding one's strengths, emotions, distress tolerance, and using cognitive strategies to overcome stress.

Your wellbeing is my utmost priority. I am a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with over 7 years of experience in adult, and adolescent psychiatric services. I worked in different setting, including outpatient, inpatient, homelessness, urgent care and substance abuse / drugs rehabs.
