Hi, my name is Alan! I'm a licensed clinical psychologist with over 8 years of experience working with adults navigating anxiety, stress, and life transitions. I provide a supportive, judgment-free space where we can work together to identify challenges, build coping strategies, and create meaningful change. My approach is collaborative, practical, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. New clients are welcomed.
In our first session, clients can expect a warm and welcoming environment where we’ll focus on getting to know each other. I’ll ask questions about your background, current concerns, and what you're hoping to gain from therapy. This is also a time for you to ask any questions about the process. The goal is to build a strong foundation and help you feel comfortable as we begin working together.
One of my greatest strengths as a provider is my ability to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and supported. I’m also highly attuned to each person’s unique needs and tailor my approach to meet them where they are. Clients often share that I’m approachable, consistent, and able to help them gain new insights while building practical tools for growth.
I’m best positioned to support adults and young professionals who are navigating stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. Many of my clients are looking to improve their self-awareness, set healthy boundaries, and build confidence in both personal and professional areas of life. I also enjoy working with individuals who may be new to therapy and are seeking a supportive, approachable space to begin their journey.
