My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

It is important to be able to identify how our thoughts, feelings and behaviors are related and impact each other. Through utilizing CBT, we will be identifying unhelpful thought patterns and ways to restructure our thought process. We will use problem solving skills to help cope with difficult situations.
