I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in California. I have experience working with children, transition aged youth, adults, and mature adults in both private practice and community based mental health settings. I assist clients who struggle with emotional regulation and interpersonal effectiveness challenges with developing skills in these areas. I utilize a traume informed, strengths based approach and place a high value on the quality of the therapeutic relationship.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we will start with brief introductions and then move into exploring the specific challenges you’re experiencing currently and have experienced historically. This allows me to gain a deeper understanding of how you experience life. We will work collaboratively together to identify measurable treatments goals which will inform our future sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Having worked in different types of treatment settings and all levels of care, I have developed a strong ability to develop rapport in a comfortable and authentic way. I meet clients where they are without judgement while remaining open and curious. My approach is strengths based, trauma informed, and collaborative which results in a strong therapeutic alliance.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I enjoy working with adults in all stages of life. My clients are invested in developing skills that allow them to take charge of their future and create a life worth living!
