Life can be unpredictable. During tough times, having a therapist who looks at the whole picture can make a real difference. I have spent years helping people work through challenges like communication issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, conflicts with others, and grief. Good therapy looks at how your thoughts, feelings, body, and sense of purpose all connect. My approach focuses on the whole person. I work alongside clients to find healthier ways forward and create meaningful change. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Georgia. I hold two master's degrees from Mercer University and a doctorate from Emory University, and I have been practicing for 19 years. I support adults facing life changes, relationship issues, grief, and personal growth as they look for a better path.
In our first session, we will introduce ourselves, talk about the challenges you want to work on, and discuss any past experiences that might be affecting you now. Together, we will set goals for therapy and plan future sessions.
I have worked with individuals, couples, and those preparing for marriage. My training combines both theological and psychological approaches to provide thoughtful and effective care.
I often work with people who want to feel more empowered and grow in their lives. I help clients draw on their own experiences, spiritual beliefs, and community support to move forward. I have many years of experience helping people manage challenges like relationships, childhood trauma, life transitions, spiritual crisis, communication problems, anxiety, depression, conflicts, workplace stress, self-discovery, self-esteem/confidence, and grief.

I felt very safe when speaking to Dr. Glenn. I'm looking forward to building a rapore with her. My first session was great. I wanted the session to last longer because of her soothing spirit. I cannot wait until our next session.
