During our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know each other and discussing what brings you to therapy. I’ll ask questions about your current concerns, personal history, strengths, and goals so I can better understand how to support you. This is also an opportunity for you to ask questions, learn about my approach, and determine whether we’re a good fit. My goal is to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and comfortable beginning your therapy journey

As a bilingual therapist, I am especially passionate about providing culturally responsive care to Spanish-speaking individuals navigating life’s challenges, transitions, relationships, career stress, and motherhood.
My ideal client are Spanish Speaking adults and young professionals who are navigating career growth, work-life balance, motherhood and major life transitions. They may be feeling overwhelm, anxious, or stretched thin as they balance personal, family and professional responsibilities.
