Dr Sonya Willis
Dr. Sonya Willis, Psy.D., is a licensed psychologist in the state of Arizona. Dr. Willis has provided mental health services in various settings (inpatient/outpatient/primary care/etc.), which includes individual and group therapy, in addition to psychological evaluations/testing. Dr. Willis provides individual therapy utilizing evidence-based approaches, particularly, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy as the primary therapeutic orientation. First session

Additionally, the individual is flexible to adapting to change if needed, and is open to the process of therapy.
