We’ll explore what brought you to therapy, talk through your goals, and create a space where you feel heard and supported. You’re welcome to ask questions and help shape how we approach your therapy journey together.

My goal is to help you feel empowered, seen, and confident in your own skin.
I work with neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ individuals who are seeking an affirming space to explore, heal, and grow. My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and centered on self-acceptance and empowerment. I offer in-person sessions for younger clients under 16 and provide therapy for teens and adults (16 and up), either in person or through telehealth — whichever feels most comfortable for you.
I use an individual-focused therapy that addresses the unique needs of each person who seeks supportive services with me.
