I utilize techniques from client-centered therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and integrative therapy. My areas of specialty include working with those who are experiencing issues related to anxiety, major life changes, relationships, difficulty concentrating, chronic medical diagnoses, isolation, and feelings of being different. During the first session, you can expect an easy-going conversation to build a therapeutic alliance. At the moment, I practice entirely over tele-health, giving us the flexibility to connect conveniently and safely.
