New to Grow
Hi, I’m Paige (she/her), a Licensed Clinical Social Worker offering Telehealth therapy for adults and young adults across Indiana. I’m an eccentric, down-to-earth therapist who blends warmth, curiosity, and evidence-based tools to help clients feel more connected to themselves. I work best with people navigating trauma, depression, or identity changes, and I believe therapy works best when it’s collaborative, authentic, and unfiltered.
Our first session is about creating a comfortable starting point. We’ll take time to get to know each other, start building trust, and see how our connection feels for you. We’ll also talk about what you’re hoping for in therapy—your needs, goals, and what you’d like to get out of our work together—so we can shape a path that feels supportive and meaningful.
My strengths as a therapist come from blending warmth, authenticity, and a willingness to go deep. I create a space where you can be yourself—without judgment or the need to filter—and I balance gentle curiosity with the courage to name patterns when it’s helpful. My approach is flexible and collaborative, drawing from somatic, mindful, and evidence-based methods to meet you where you are. I’m comfortable holding complex stories and experiences, whether you’re working through anxiety, depression, trauma, or something that feels harder to explain. Most importantly, I see therapy as a partnership, where we work together toward the changes and clarity you’re seeking.
I work best with young adults and adults navigating trauma, identity exploration, and the deep fog of depression. My clients are often people who feel a little different—introspective, sensitive, creative, or just tired of masking parts of themselves to get through the day. Maybe you’re holding pain that feels too complex to name, or maybe you’re just ready to feel more like yourself, whatever that means now.
I integrate mindfulness techniques such as grounding, breath-work, and present-moment awareness to help clients reduce stress and regulate emotions. I’ve guided clients in developing sustainable mindfulness habits to manage overwhelm and improve overall well-being.
I work collaboratively to identify and build on each client’s unique strengths. In my experience, highlighting personal resilience empowers clients to make meaningful progress, especially during major life changes.
I tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs by blending evidence-based methods. This flexible approach allows me to adapt as therapy unfolds, ensuring the tools and strategies we use fit your goals, personality, and life circumstances.
My work is grounded in a deep understanding of how trauma impacts the mind and body. I strive to create a safe and supportive space for processing experiences, using interventions that honor each client’s pace and boundaries
I incorporate DBT skills such as distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness to support clients in navigating intense emotions and improving relationships. I’ve used DBT principles with clients working through mood disorders, trauma, and high-stress life events, emphasizing practical, skills-based progress.
