Hi, I’m Mary Clare. Do you feel overwhelmed managing your relationships, work, friendships, and family dynamics? Do you struggle with negative self-talk and feeling like not enough? Together, we can figure out new strategies to manage stress, process traumas and memories that are continuing to impact you, and help realize next steps to living the life you want to live. I use a relational approach where as we work as a team to identify unhelpful patterns and create strategies to find new ways of coping. I also utilize EMDR therapy to help process traumas that are standing in the way of living a full and happy life.
Sessions are catered to the client’s needs and are focused on meeting the client where they are at. Sessions can include coping strategies, psychoeducation, trauma processing, and/or relationship skills.
I enjoy meeting client’s where they are at, helping identify their goals and supporting them in reaching this goals. I am a collaborative therapist and enjoy creating a safe, compassionate space for my clients to heal.
EMDR is used to process traumatic memories to help alleviate symptoms from negative past experiences on your present day life. This method has been useful for clients to make sense of their life experiences, regulate their emotions, and have relief from the stress of the past.
