Hi there, I'm Mo! Do you struggle to identify your emotions? Do you have trouble with daily activities? Maybe you even need a boost to your self-esteem? I help those who struggle with depression to manage their emotions and their depressive symptoms to live their best lives. Together we will identify what works best for you and what's been getting you down. We will build our relationship using a Person-Centered approach getting to know you as a person first and foremost. I believe in a holistic treatment approach healing your body, mind, and spirit. I will use approaches from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. Clients will gain an understanding of their emotions and an opportunity to process those emotions in a judgement-free zone. Clients will leave sessions feeling renewed and energized.

The treatment methods and tools I utilize

I utilize Cognitive Behavioral therapy to help clients challenge their thoughts processes and create newfound sense of self. I also utilize Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy to help client challenge irrational beliefs. I also like to utilize Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to help clients deal with their emotions in a healthy manner.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My biggest strengths are those who struggle with self-esteem, negative thoughts, and substance use. I provide empathy and understanding in a judgement-free zone. I am able to help others challenge thought processes and make positive changes in their lives.
