Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you’re used to handling things on your own. My goal is to create a space where clients feel safe, supported, and genuinely understood. I strive to bring a calm, non-anxious presence into the room while keeping therapy warm, conversational, and human. I work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety and panic disorders, OCD, ADHD, relationship concerns, and sexual dysfunctions. I also enjoy working with healthcare professionals and people who tend to overthink or feel like they don’t quite “fit in.” My approach is person-centered at its core, meaning I believe therapy works best when clients feel accepted and supported as they are. I then integrate different therapeutic approaches depending on each client’s needs and goals. I believe effective therapy is both human and clinical — connection matters, but so do practical tools and evidence-based strategies. In working with OCD and anxiety, I often remind clients that growth takes practice and consistency. Healing is possible, but it requires learning how to tolerate discomfort rather than avoid it. For couples, I view the relationship as a team. Therapy can help partners improve communication, rebuild trust, and better understand one another. Faith-based or Christian counseling is also available for clients who would like to incorporate spirituality into therapy.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

The first session is a chance for me to get to know you and begin understanding what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk about your goals, current challenges, and what you hope to get out of the process in a relaxed, supportive environment. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and a little less alone in the weight that you’re carrying.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

One of my biggest strengths as a therapist is creating an environment where clients feel safe, understood, and comfortable being themselves. I bring a calm, supportive presence while also balancing warmth, humor, and practical guidance throughout the therapy process. I also work to tailor therapy to each individual rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

Maybe your mind is busy with self-doubt, intrusive thoughts, or health worries that scare you. You may also be struggling with deeply personal concerns around sex, performance anxiety, or feeling disconnected from your body or partner. These issues can feel isolating and difficult to talk about. What you want is relief, confidence, and a sense of calm, not just to function, but to feel at ease in your own mind.

My treatment methods

Eclectic

My approach to psychotherapy is to let the patient lead. Depending on what we are dealing with, I can tailor the treatment with the appropriate evidence based modality to work through their issues. I utilize CBT, ERP, ACT as well as sex therapy approaches.

Christian Counseling

For those who align with the Christian faith, we can utilize a faith based approach to dealing with your challenges. This is completely optional as all therapists will honor your personal faith background.
