Life is filled with a variety of colors and hues. Some of which can be beautiful, chaotic and can be overwhelming all at once. I'm here to support you through your journey. Acknowledging the highs and lows of life is where we can begin to support your inner self. I have been working as a social worker in Los Angeles for over 6 years and before then worked within community mental health programs in Santa Cruz County. I primarily work with adults and young adults. Currently I am not taking couples or families. I am a first generation Peruvian-American and am fluent in English and Spanish.
In our sessions I hope you feel heard and seen. I am not here to tell you what to do or shame you. I am here FOR you. I am someone you can confide in and ask for support, ask for ideas and encouragement.
