New to Grow
I’m a therapist dedicated to providing a safe, compassionate space where you can explore your emotions, build self-esteem, and experience meaningful growth. I support clients through their healing, therapeutic, and spiritual journeys, helping them reconnect with their strengths and move toward greater clarity, balance, and well-being. My approach is grounded in empathy, authenticity, and the belief that every person has the capacity to heal and thrive.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
In our first session, you can expect a calm, welcoming space where we’ll begin getting to know each other and explore what brings you to therapy. I’ll ask gentle questions about your concerns, your goals, and what you hope to experience or change in your life. There’s no pressure to share anything before you’re ready—this meeting is about building comfort, safety, and understanding. Together, we’ll begin to outline a path forward that supports your healing, growth, and overall well-being.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
What stands out about my therapeutic approach is the combination of evidence-based methods with a deeply compassionate, human-centered style. I draw from modalities like CBT, TF-CBT, ACT, and humanistic therapy to create a personalized and holistic experience for each client. I focus on building a safe, supportive environment where clients feel genuinely heard and empowered to grow. My work is grounded in fostering self-awareness, healing old wounds, strengthening self-esteem, and supporting clients on both their therapeutic and spiritual journeys. Clients often share that they leave sessions feeling more grounded, understood, and equipped with practical tools to navigate life with greater confidence and clarity.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I am best positioned to support clients who are seeking a safe, affirming space to heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves. I work well with individuals navigating low self-esteem, anxiety, life transitions, past trauma, or a sense of feeling ‘stuck.’ I also support clients who value personal insight, emotional healing, and spiritual exploration. Whether you are beginning your therapeutic journey or deepening the one you’re already on, I’m here to help you gain clarity, build confidence, and move toward a more grounded and empowered version of yourself
Trauma-Focused CBT
I am certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and I use this treatment modality with clients who have experienced various types of trauma, particularly those dealing with PTSD, anxiety, depression, and other trauma-related symptoms. My approach centers on creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space for clients to process and heal from their trauma experiences.
Acceptance and commitment (ACT)
I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) with clients who are struggling with various issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and chronic pain. ACT is a mindfulness-based therapy that emphasizes accepting difficult emotions, thoughts, and bodily sensations rather than fighting against them. I find that ACT is particularly effective for clients who have become stuck in patterns of avoidance or self-criticism, and it helps them reconnect with what truly matters to them in life.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I have extensive experience using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with clients, and I draw on this modality to help individuals understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I use CBT to help clients identify unhelpful or distorted thinking patterns, build healthier coping skills, and make meaningful changes in their daily lives.
Humanistic
I use a humanistic approach in my work with clients to foster self-awareness, personal growth, and a deeper sense of authenticity. Humanistic therapy allows me to create a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental environment where clients feel safe to explore their emotions, experiences, and identities. I draw from principles of person-centered therapy, unconditional positive regard, and the belief that every individual has an innate capacity for growth and healing
