New to Grow
Welcome! I support moms and moms-to-be at any stage of motherhood. Together, we navigate anxiety, stress, and overwhelm, build coping skills, and help you feel calmer, more confident, and more connected to yourself as you navigate the challenges of parenting. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical, focusing on strategies that you can use in your daily life to feel supported, empowered, and more in control of your emotional well-being.
Our first session is a low-pressure, judgment-free space for you to be heard and understood. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, your current challenges, and your goals. I’ll listen carefully, validate your experiences, and help you begin identifying coping strategies and practical tools to feel calmer and more in control. We’ll also discuss my approach, answer any questions, and make sure therapy feels safe, supportive, and tailored to your needs. By the end, you’ll have a sense of next steps and how we can work together to support your emotional well-being
I create a warm, validating space where moms and moms-to-be feel truly heard and supported. As a mom myself, I understand the challenges of balancing multiple roles and the emotional ups and downs of motherhood, and I bring both personal insight and professional expertise to our work. I blend DBT, CBT, ACT, and eclectic methods, tailored to your needs, with practical tools you can use right away. My collaborative, non-judgmental approach helps clients manage stress, build resilience, and feel more confident, empowered, and connected to themselves throughout the journey of motherhood
I am best positioned to support moms and moms-to-be at any stage of motherhood. I work with clients experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, or other emotional challenges related to pregnancy, parenting, and family life. Together, we focus on developing coping strategies, building resilience, and strengthening confidence in both parenting and personal well-being. Sessions are compassionate, individualized, and designed to help women feel supported and empowered.
Acceptance and commitment (ACT)
ACT helps you notice and accept difficult thoughts and feelings instead of fighting them. Together, we practice mindfulness and explore your values so you can take meaningful action in your life despite challenges. This approach helps you feel less stuck and more in control of what truly matters to you.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
CBT helps you see the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I guide you to identify unhelpful thinking patterns, understand how they affect your emotions, and practice new ways of responding. It’s a practical, step-by-step approach for feeling calmer and making positive changes in your daily life.
Dialectical Behavior (DBT)
I use DBT to help you handle life’s most stressful moments without feeling overwhelmed. We focus on practical strategies to tolerate difficult emotions, reduce impulsive reactions, and stay grounded when things feel intense. You’ll leave sessions with tools you can use immediately during moments of crisis or strong emotions.
Eclectic
I combine strategies from multiple approaches—DBT, CBT, ACT, and others—based on what works best for your needs. Each session is customized, so you get a mix of tools and practices that support your goals. This flexible approach ensures therapy fits your life, not the other way around.
