In our first session together, here's what you can expect

It can be tempting to jump right in and take target at the problems that we're hoping to address; however, it's important that the foundation for a solid therapeutic relationship is established before doing so. The aim of the first couple of sessions will be to get to know one another, set some goals for our work together, and to discuss what the therapy process might look like.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Having a clinical tool box with a wide variety of therapeutic interventions assists me in tailoring therapy to fit my client's unique situations.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

Coming to a point of recognizing that therapy may be able to assist you in your journey is a major accomplishment in itself. Entering therapy with an open mind and a willingness to possibly try something new can position an individual to achieve the best results from their therapy experience.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT is a form of therapy the seeks to make connections between life, our thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and consequences; whether those consequences be positive or negative. For over 10 years, CBT has assisted me in supporting my clients' transition to a more adaptive and desirable level of functioning.
