New to Grow
Is 2026 sucking the life out of you? Social media getting you down? Are you navigating high stress or just the doldrums of daily life? Do you wake up every day filled with a sense of existential dread? You've come to the right place! Therapy doesn't have to be intimidating (hint: if you're using ChatGPT as your therapist, you might as well talk to a real one). Shoot me a message when you're ready to address your underlying anxiety about the current state of affairs (global and/or personal)! I promise there are better coping skills that don't involve doomscrolling, binge drinking or edibles. Let’s work together to make change happen!
I have over 14 years of experience working directly with people struggling with chemical dependency, substance use, and behavioral addictions including co-occurring disorders/mental health issues like Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, trauma, relationship issues, neurodiversity, grief/loss, gender identity issues, and general life stressors. Whether you're looking to vent, laugh, cry, or do 12+ sessions of specific EBP based therapeutic protocols with homework, everyone is different and deserves an individual approach. Let me know what you're looking for so I can accommodate your preferences.
I am authentic, curious, and non-judgmental. I am also formally trained in CPT for PTSD, CBT-SUD, MI/MET and use an integrative approach that is mostly Rogerian (person-centered) in nature with different therapeutic modalities blended in based on level of need.
Are you an adult professional hoping to change something about yourself, or address an underlying issue, whether it be a life transition, traumatic event, substance abuse, job change, divorce, breakup, etc? Do you identify as a high functioning, overachieving, slightly burnt-out millenial? Feeling like you want to address your people-pleasing tendencies and learn how to set boundaries? Look no further! I would love to help you become the best version of yourself.
