(she/her)
I'm here to help you find your desired pathway to the best version of you. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor I operate from a person-centered and strength-based model. I believe the best therapy is done collaboratively with your priorities in the forefront. We’ll explore how to achieve this through setting well-defined goals and creating empowering skills to eliminate stubborn barriers! Together we will evaluate where you are today, ensure there are clear actions to move forward, and measure progress against the goals we set.
Our first step will be to validate where you are today and together create and navigate a pathway to where you want to be. We’ll partner on establishing what being your personal best self means to you, and work side-by-side to enhance your skills and navigate success limiting barriers.
While I'm comfortable working with a variety of concerns, I am most experienced helping with depression, anxiety, addiction, and relationship challenges. I bring in many evidence-based treatment modalities with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy at the center of most individualized treatment plans.
The client I serve best is one who is actively seeking a change, small or large. A lot of people feel like they need to have something “wrong” to engage in therapy. I like to reframe this notion to be a more fluid view of being one’s personal best self. Together we’ll focus on validating where you are today, and vividly identifying a path forward.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I’ve been using CBT in my practice for the past seven years. It’s helped dozens of clients challenge reoccurring thoughts and manage their symptoms. We’ll use CBT to recognize how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence each other. We’ll then use that knowledge to change your thinking to help reduce symptoms and reach the goals we set together.
