Hi — I’m a NYS LCSW offering remote clinical supervision for LMSWs working toward licensure. I currently have limited openings for individual supervision. My style is structured, clinically grounded, and focused on helping supervisees build confidence, clarity, and strong clinical judgment. Supervision includes case consultation, diagnostic support, ethical guidance, and licensure-aligned documentation. One of my greatest strengths is recognizing I as a provider am in this field due to my own experiences and understanding there is opportunity for both of us to learn. Also while I have experience and education, this is your ship and I will go where you steer. You are the captain, so where are we headed?

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use CBT as the gold standard of care with splashes of attachment and trauma focused lenses. I also am cognizant that these treatment modalities were not intended to treat diverse populations and can be limiting at times. I share this to be mindful of the full picture of care in practice.
