Hello, I am an LCSW with over a decade experience in working with adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, and overall stress. My goal is to empower individuals and my approach is tailored to your unique needs and goals. We will build on your strengths to promote healthy growth and create the best version of yourself.
First session
During out first session, we will discuss what brought you to therapy and what you hope to accomplish during our time together. I understand engaging in therapy may be anxiety provoking and I work to create a confidential, safe, and judgement-free space that you feel comfortable in.

I enjoy working with adults who are experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, and overwhelming stress. During our adult life we go through many transitions and life can become overwhelming at times. Together we can set goals that you hope to achieve and create a plan to achieve these goals.

Negative thoughts can become overwhelming and result in anxiety and depression. Together we can address your negative thought patterns and work to develop healthier patterns throughout goal-oriented cognitive behavioral therapy.

Every individual posses inner strengths and together we can uncover those strengths to build on your best qualities, improve resilience, and enhance your overall view of yourself and your world.

I create an environment that is non-judgmental, safe, and confidential. I believe we must develop a positive rapport for an individual to get the most out of therapy and to achieve their goals. Emotional support and validation will be provided during life transitions.
